Exchange & Return Policy

Gulnaz offers a 14-day exchange or return policy from the date you receive your order. Products must be in their original, unused condition, with the original cardboard tag attached, and the purchase invoice must be provided.

Please note that shipping companies do not allow parcels to be opened upon delivery. However, you can receive your order with confidence, as Gulnaz fully guarantees your rights in accordance with this policy.

For returns, refunds will be processed within 10–15 days from the date the returned product is received by the shipping company and inspected, with the customer bearing full responsibility for all return shipping costs back to our warehouse.

This policy does not apply to discounted items.

We are not responsible for slight differences in colour shades, as colours may vary from one screen and lighting condition to another. 

Finally, every piece that we have designed and lovingly created especially for you is marked with a Gulnaz Metal Tag bearing our brand name and logo. We kindly ask you to place your order with consideration and thank you for your trust in Gulnaz.
